ZACK MARTIN:
Zack is the biggest trouble maker and spontaneous twin between him and his twin brother Cody. Zack is always getting in trouble at school, at home, and with the hotel manager. He also see's himself as a ladies man and he's always chasing the ladies around, especially the candy counter girl, Maddie, at the Tipton. Maddie always turns him down because theres a 3 1/2 year age difference. CODY MARTIN:
Cody is the smart and sensitive and more responsible twin of Zack. Cody always does great in school and never gets in trouble unless he is talked into some scheme that his brother Cody made up which more often than not goes wrong. Cody dosen't exactly chase girls like Zack but he has had a couple girlfriends, and he is always very sweet to them but gets VERY emmotional when things end between them. MADDIE FITZPATRICK:
Madeline Margaret Miranda Genevieve Catherine "Maddie" Fitzpatrick comes from a kind of a poor family. Maddie works as a candy counter girl at the tipton hotel, goes to school at Our Lady of Perpetual Sorrow, and works as a cashier at the Cluck Bucket. On her spare time babysits Zack,who claims he is in love with her, and Cody.
LONDON TIPTON:
She is the daughter of Wilfred Tipton, the owner of the Tipton Hotel. London is a air-head, spoiled, and extremeley wealthy teenager who lives at the Tipton Hotel in Boston. She dislikes her step-moms and talks to Mr. Moseby and Maddie about her problems, who have no choice but to listen. Though it seems like London may lead the an awesome life as a rich-girl she never really had a great childhood. CAREY MARTIN:
Carey Martin is Zack and Cody's mother. She is also the lounge singer at the Tipton. She is divorced so it is even harder for her to keep track of her irrisponsible twins. She tries to keep the Zack and COdy out of trouble, but that is almost a waste of time. She's a really cool mom, but she can be very firm with her kids and does dicipline them when needed. MR. MOSBY:
Mr. Mosby is sort of an uptight manager of the Tipton Hotel who is often annoyed by Zack and Cody's plans, he is convinced they does things just to destroy his hotel. Even though he may act like he dosen't care about Zack and Cody, he actually has a great deal of affection for them. Mr. Moseby is pretty much more of a father to London than her her real dad because he is hardly ever around. He's a really nice guy.
